Candidates who are interested in applying for the post should fulfil all the conditions in the eligibility criteria. All the educational qualifications required for this post are listed in below in points.
- Good Knowledge of HR Policies and Practices is required.
- Should have completed MBA/PG Diploma in Business administration.
- Specialization should be in HR/Personnel or in any other equivalent.
More than 2 years of working experience in HR in a CPSE with more than 570 cr. turnover is required. Candidates who worked in the RailTel Corporation or its subsidiary shall be more preferable.
