1. Enrolment Number / Form Number
2. Index Number

These are the credentials that you need to enter in order to check the results of the Joint Entrance Exam for Polytechnics or Vocational Lateral Entry Test. As you know, the Enrolment Number or Form Number is a numerical string that is assigned to you at the time of registration.

On the other hand, the Index number is a numerical string that is mentioned on your respective Admit cards before attending the examination as a sort of a demarcation or serial number assigned.
